Recommended Accessories

As with its 3-megapixel little sister the SD200, the SD300 constitutes a revamped version of Canon's popular PowerShot SD110. In addition to the extra megapixel and a bumped-up 3X optical zoom, the SD300 also offers faster shooting, thanks to its Digic II image processor.
What's new compared to SD110:
- 2.0" LCD as opposed to 1.5" on other canon models.
- Low-light focus system dramatically improved over previous canon ultracompacts.
- This camera is roughly 30 percent smaller (in terms of volume) and 40 percent lighter than the latest S-series PowerShot S410 and S500 models, which makes it shirt/vest pocketable.
- Built in scene modes, making it much easier for those illiterate in manual functions to get better looking pictures.
