Just like the Optio S40, the Optio S50 has a stylish aluminum-alloy body, a 3X optical zoom, and an integrated help system, though the 1.8-inch LCD is 0.2 inch bigger than the S40's. It comes with just as many scene modes (13 in total) to help newbies nab the shot they want, and it supports PictBridge. So what's new? Basically, just the 5-megapixel CCD.
